If you're new to the area (or just want to get to know more people), we offer a great way to meet others who live in our town and the surrounding cities. Our club currently has + / - 40 members. We have many events throughout the year.

In addition to meeting great moms and creating new friendships for your children, we offer the following member benefits:

• Playgroups - Playgroups are a great way for you and your children to get together with moms and other children of similar ages in your area. We have playgroups for all ages, newborn and up. Playgroups meet once a week and can be at a member's home or alternate destination such as a park, playground, zoo, etc.
  
  
• MOMS Night Out - Need some time away? We have an outlet for you. MOMS Club offers monthly evening outings for our members as well as daytime events. Recent MOMS Nights have included dinner at a restaurant, a movie, a spa evening of pampering, games at a member's house and more. Members are welcome to bring their children to these events if alternate arrangements can not be made.
  
  
• Helping Hands - Our members volunteer to provide "Helping Hands" to other members in need within our group. We provide meals to members after a birth, during a time of illness, or any other unexpected hardship.
  
  
• Walking Club - Get a little exercise with other moms in the neighborhood.
  
  
• Member Sponsored Events - Ever find yourself needing something to do with the kids for the day? We offer sponsored events listed on our calendar that are open to all members and any age child. Events include, trips to the zoo, Cosi, storytime at the library, lunch "dates", park playdates, and more.
  
  
• Holiday Parties - All members and their families are also invited to participate in our holiday parties. We have parties for most major holidays (and non-holidays - some are just for fun) including, Halloween, Spring, Summer and Back-to-School.
  
  
• Service Projects - Service projects are important to our club and to our community. We strive to perform at least one service project per quarter. Past projects have included: Breast Cancer Awareness Support, care packages to the troops, Food donations to the Mid-Ohio Food Bank, donations to the Delware County animal shelter, and more.
  
  
• Annual Banquet - We hold a small annual banquet each spring that is an evening for us to celebrate the year's accomplishments while relaxing with good friends. Often it coincides with the ceremony of turning over Board positions to the next group willing to help keep our Club strong. All members are invited to the banquet.
  
  
• Monthly Newsletters and Calendar - Once you join the MOMS Club® of Lewis Center - OH, Northeast, you will receive our monthly newsletter via e-mail with a calendar full of fun events. There are several scheduled/ member-hosted events each week in addition to weekly playgroups and special events.
